Bless me when I go crazy on my mobile gadgets! It always feels great to be able to share our true to life experiential learning, who knows someone out there might just benefit. I love to babble about my son, my daughter, my life as a full force hands-on unwed single mom, our family practices in drug and medicine minimalism etc... Seriously, there are simply so so so much to share! Blah-blah-blah~

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF:
Barbara Lina Lei; magic moments begin the day I became a mom. Throughout my first pregnancy, amazingly I have been able to swim the butterfly stroke until one day before I went for my induced labor back in July 1998. And I lost a hefty 14 kg within my first month as a new mother. Back then, it was just me and my baby BOY, that strong affection for my firstborn suffering from bronchitis, I was very determined to find a cure of any kind. Having Jasper exposed to early swimming at 3 months old turns out all’s well a blessing! Besides saying goodbye forever to bronchitis, we uncovered little surprises. Since 1999, my life as a baby swimming Coach has been totally fabulous beyond words! A passion turned into our livelihood; teaching babies from as young as 6 months old how to propel freely in a water environment, minimizing the risk of drowning. Awesome indeed! The success of my very own water babies; my firstborn child a beautiful baby boy and ten years later, I have a gorgeous baby GIRL in November 2008. Both my kids before turning 3 years of age, Jasper was able to propel freely and swim across a 50 meters swimming pool and Hermione Isabelle 25 meters unaided, meaning... Yes to no flotation aids! Before Hermione turned 4 years old, she could propel freely swim 3 laps (150 m) continuously and at 5 years 2 months old she set her own records continuous 8 laps (400 m) in breast stroke + Freestyle + Back stroke. Proudly Jasper achieved the NASSA Gold Star swim award at the age of 8 years old (being the youngest participant among ten other kids aged 10 to 14 year old), he impressively accomplished 100 m swim in less than 2 mins 30 secs and completed in 2nd position for the 1,500 m (50 m Olympic-sized pool X 30 laps) continuous swim with fairly good timing of 37 mins 46 secs.

Jolly being Mom... Yes, I am Mom (and a darn good one)! That makes me; a human alarm clock, housekeeper, personal chef, laundry lady, discipline mistress, counselor, creative director, content creator, health inspector, nutritionist, medical practitioner, event planner, chauffeur, bodyguard, photographer, personal assistant, entertainer, "live" ATM and I don't get paid holidays, sick pay or days off. Working day and night wholly hands-on a full force mom since my firstborn arrived in 1998. I am a big kid myself and I love Disney, Pixar, Warner Bros., Marvel, DC, Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts, Star Wars, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, and クレヨンしんちゃん.

Holistic healing arose by chance, I was in a very bad health condition that I've since recovered from naturally without heavy drugs and medicines. I have learned about so many complementary therapies from Naturopathy to Aromatherapy. I have explored aplenty of exercises, massage therapies, 'Let Food Be Thy Medicine' focusing on herbs and spices, relaxation and breathing techniques and the list goes on to get me back in better health well good enough to last for my family!! Proudly we have been commercial drug and medicine minimalists since December 2013. It is such a blessing to be able to witness the power of natural healing. 😉

I accomplished my 1st DIY Website out of interest in November 2003 through self-exploration using HTML tutorial with the help of library books and since then I have been working on our 'Home On The Web' sites. From settling my own hours to using my favorite spaces, I enjoy working mobile on-the-go and I have a class 3 driving license since 1990. Being self-employed and freelancing offers me lots of pleasurable experiential learning, total time flexibility, the intellectual stimulation, and the satisfaction from accomplishment.
